Well, I'm about 120lbs. down since my re-birthday on 4/27/09. It was quite a struggle the first few months as noted in the last post. But I've been happily eating more proteins for the last several weeks. The only thing that really gives me a hard time is dry poultry. It goes okay if it's moist enough but not so much otherwise. I'll probably be steering clear of the turkey on Thanksgiving (in a few days) but am looking forward to a juicy ham.... mmmmm.
